Legalisation, Notary & Translation Services – Important Notice
Please note that legalisation, notary, and translation services are strictly non-refundable once processing has begun.
Legalisation Services
As per FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) requirements, only the following types of documents are eligible for apostille:
- UK-issued government documents
- Certified true copies signed by a UK solicitor or notary
- Official UK company documents (e.g. incorporation, articles of association)
- Personal documents signed and certified in the UK
If there is any uncertainty regarding your document’s eligibility, please contact us before placing an order. Once documents are received and submitted for solicitor certification, apostille, or embassy attestation, we cannot cancel or issue a refund, even if the document is later rejected by the FCDO or relevant embassy.
Notary Services
Notarial appointments are non-refundable once booked. If the appointment is missed, or if the document is not suitable for notarisation, we are unable to issue a refund. Clients are responsible for confirming suitability of the document before proceeding.
Translation Services
Once a translation has been commissioned and work has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. We advise confirming all details before placing your order.
