Express Apostille: Fast-track legalisation for time-sensitive documents

When a visa deadline, job offer, or court date is closing in, you don’t have weeks to spare. That’s exactly why our express apostille service exists. It takes the same careful checking and FCDO handling as a standard order, then moves it to the front of the queue so eligible paperwork submitted before 10 am comes back apostilled the next working day.

THE BASICS, EXPLAINED

What is an
Express Apostille?

An apostille is a certificate the FCDO attaches to a UK document so it’s recognised in another country. It doesn’t check whether your document says anything true. It confirms the signature, seal, or stamp on the page is genuine, nothing more. Think of it as a passport for paperwork rather than a review of its contents.

The express apostille route works the same way as a standard one, just faster. Once your route is confirmed, we handle the FCDO submission and get your document legalised within one working day, rather than the usual processing window. This matters most for people relocating for work, students enrolling abroad, or anyone facing a court filing deadline they can’t afford to miss.

GOOD TO KNOW

If your destination country isn't part of the Hague Apostille Convention, an apostille alone won't be enough. In that case, we also arrange an embassy legalisation alongside your stamp apostille, so the document is accepted wherever it needs to go. We'll flag this before any work starts, not after you've already paid for the wrong service.
